London love

A short and sharp Friday post with no real purpose. I love London. London in the springtime is magical. London in the summer time even more so*. Why am I thinking of leaving? Am I crazy? I'm beginning to think so.

The avenue of sail has been building up these last few days ahead of this weekend's Diamond Jubilee celebrations and it's been a joy to watch. I'm heading out of town this weekend (surprise!!) but I'm hoping to go and check out some more boats this evening before I pack and soak in some more of the buzz.

London, you are lovely.

*you know I walk to work, right?  No sweaty tubes for me to deal with unless by choice.  That might make the summer somewhat less magical.
